COLLEGE MORNING ROUTINE
We all have heard that the key to a productive day is an effective morning routine. An effective and well planned morning can increase your performance and efficiency.
So in this blog post i’m gonna share my daily college morning routine. It might not be the perfect balanced morning routine but it surely does work great for me.
So come on, lets get started. ;)
1) Wake upppp
First things first, WAKE UP.
My classes doesn’t start until 9 , so i
can easily sleep until 8 if i want to. But i don’t.
I try to wake up at 6 or at least 6.30 in the
morning. Don’t get me wrong, there are days where i too lazy to even get up 7. But
most days i force myself get up and start my day early. Waking up
early can allow you to have a slow paced and relaxing morning.
2) Make your bed
If you know me you’d know that i'm “kind of “ a
neat freak. So as soon as i wake up the Monica Geller inside me also wakes up
(i loveee friends) .So making my bed soon after i get up is very important for
me. By getting in the habit of making your bed every morning, you start off
your day by already being productive.
3) Put on some gooood music
Listening to feel-good songs in the morning can
set the tone for your day. Or find a podcast that you’d like and
listen to it while you get ready.
4) Get ready
Brush your teeth, go to toilet (oh come on, everyone
does it), take a shower,
get dressed and do everything that’s part of your
get ready routine.
5) Pack your bag
After getting ready next step in my routine is to
pack my backpack. So I check my timetable for that particular day and pack up
everything. Sometimes I try to do this the night before and surely does save a
lot of time in the morning.
6) Eat breakfast
When I was younger I used skip my breakfast every
single day. As I grew up I understood the importance of breakfast. So now I try
to save enough time for me to eat a hearty breakfast before class.
7) Leave for class
Sometimes I go to class early and do works that I
didn’t have time to complete at home. Sometimes I go through the notes for the
class so that if the teacher decides to conduct a surprise quiz I would be
somewhat prepared. :P
